Grilled Swordfish with Lemon and Herbs

Ingredients

For 2 servings:

  • 2 fillets Swordfish( this also works with Salmon) 
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika powder
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 3 sprigs Thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 2 Lemons (finely grated zest from 1/2 lemon, juice from 2 lemons)
  • 1 Long Green onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 clove of garlic (finely chopped)
  • Baby leaf greens, as desired

Preparation

Season the swordfish fillets with 1 teaspoon each of paprika powder, chili powder, garlic powder, and 1 teaspoon of salt. Add black pepper to taste. Place thyme sprigs on top and drizzle with 3 tablespoons of olive oil. Let it marinate for about 10 minutes. Turn on the abien MAGIC GRILL.

Grill the fish fillets on both sides until they develop grill marks and transfer the fish to a serving plate.

Add 1 finely chopped long green onion, 1 finely chopped clove of garlic, and the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Stir-fry until fragrant.

In a bowl, combine the finely grated zest from 1/2 lemon, juice from 2 lemons, remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and salt to taste. Pour this mixture over the grilled swordfish and garnish with baby leaf greens as desired.
