We ship our products to any country within the European Union, to the United Kingdom and to Switzerland.

Shipment within the EU is free of charge for orders of €45 or more. For orders less than €45, we charge a flat rate of €5.90.
For deliveries to Switzerland and the United Kingdom the shipping cost is €14.90.
Please note that for deliveries outside the European Union additional customs duties and taxes may apply. These amounts depend on the laws and regulations of the destination country and are beyond our control.
We process your order within 24 hours (on working days). The couriers we use deliver your order within 2-3 business days throughout Europe. However, please be aware that shipping may occasionally be delayed due to factors beyond our control.
To ensure a smooth delivery, we recommend providing an address where someone will be available to receive the package.
For deliveries within Germany, we use DHL. For all other European countries, we partner with UPS.
