Ingredients

  • 1/2 a clove of garlic
  • 300 g mixed cheese (Fontina, Gruyère, and gouda as buttery, creamy cheese)
  • 150ml white wine
  • 1 teaspoon of cornstarch
  • Whatever you prefer to dip in cheese

Preparation

Start rubbing the 1/2 garlic into the heat resistant pot.

Add white wine and place the heat-resistant pot on the preheated Magic Grill set to "HI". Once warmed, mix together cheese, cornstarch, salt, and pepper until melted.
